Flop: 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (7.5SB, 2 players) CO checks, <font color="#cc0000">Hero bets</font>, <font color="#cc0000">CO raises</font>, Hero ? I'm thinking it's too agressive PF but confused as to what to do. Do I think he's got me outkicked here and fold or call down. Or what?!

3bet preflop imho is not the best decision.
I think he has J. But if you had called preflop. he maybet flop and you could raise. that play is more easier way to identificate his kicker

Preflop is indeed too aggro, you should fold( and definitely not cold-call!)
If CO is decent, you're very likely behind on the flop, call the flop getting 10.5:1 but fold the turn UI if he bets again.
