Will this Video card work for 2nd monitor?

Hi,
I have an E machines with onbord video here below

Video: Intel® Extreme Graphics2 3D
64MB shared video memory

I want to use my older samsung 17 inch monitor along with the E machines monitor to play poker.

I see this card available at Tiger. Will this do the trick?
Is this card compatible with the Intel chip?

I've run ubercheap/generic vid cards for 2nd/3rd monitors many time w/ both XP and Win 2k
