PL O8 Blinds Profitabilty Question

Is it possible over the longer term to show a profit from the big and small blinds?

My stats are always between -.05 and -.15 BB/100 from the small and big blinds. Is it possible to show a profit from here (in other than weaker games)or by the very nature of the blinds am I doomed to lose?
