Site Differences

I am trying to figure out why Paradise Poker seems to have so many players at all times (which is why I like it and play there frequently) but gets such little pub. I have tried to switch to Ultimate Bet and hated it. Action was weird and not enough tables.

But I have yet to hear any noteworthy players quoting Paradise as thier poker home. I am asking all who read this to tell me thier favorite site and why. Thanks.

That said, I'd guess it's because Paradise offers no RB or bonus. (Their players club is a pathetic joke)

Paradise was, I think, the first big site. Before Moneymaker, I'm fairly sure that Paradise was the largest site. Back when I started fooling around with poker on the net (in like '01, and I've never really been super serious), paradise was it - I'd never heard of stars or party. (or UB, which is what I heard of next after Paradise, thanks to hellmuth's branding)

It is also difficult to use PT w/ Pradise.

You can get some quality games at sites that have little or no publicity. They have run the same commercial for like the last 3 years which is why no one respects them. I thought UB had some great games (2/4 - 5/10) at times.
