Final table, TPTK
Final table of the FTP 25k last night. 4 remain. I'm the chip leader with 300k. Blinds are 2500/5000. On the button with AJs, I raise to 12500. (2.5 bb has been the standard raise for several levels now).
BB has 250k. A moderately aggressive player, who defends his blinds more than most. He reraises to 40k. I call. Flop is JT2r. Villain bets 65k. I shove. Comments? |

Re: Final table, TPTK
Kinda hard to flat call here IMO, so it is certainly a tough spot. You're committed to calling later streets if you do so. If I'm playing the hand out, there's only one move - push. I'm not suprised in the least if the villian flips over QQ.

Re: Final table, TPTK
depending on the other stacks at the table....i might fold preflop.
you said also that he defends more than most- that's one thing but has he rr'd steal attempts with great frequency? |

No on had called his rrs since the final table began. |
