He played the flop very passivly. There's no telling what he has here, could be draw could be slowplayed big hand or an overpair.
So what limps on the button? Large pairs and overcards can well be excluded. So suited aces, suited connectors and pocket pairs all limp there. On the flop he calls your raise. No indication of a big hand, so a draw is most likely.
Which draws did the 7 complete? just a strange inside straigt-draw. So most likely you're still good against a draw or a sc or suited ace that caught TPTK. Bet 2/3 - 3/4 of the pot on the turn and re-evaluate if he raises you. Most probably fold if that happens.
