Neteller - worst site ever ...

That's frustrating, but the point is that they were looking out for your own good. Also, as soon as they realized the mistake, they corrected it. So while it was an inconvenience to you, you were able to get it taken care of pretty much through one phone call. It makes no sense why an error over a legitimate account should drag out for days as people like the OP claim they do.

I agree, I think neteller CS is very helpfull.

Last couple of months whenever I call, they always transfer me to their "VIP department"....Whatever that is. All I know is when they transfer me I get someone who speaks English, instead of Abu or Hupta from India.

I also noticed it actually says "VIP member" when I log in, don't know how long that's been like that, or what being a VIP member means. My EFT's don't process faster I don't think. *shrug* Maybe I have higher Insta Cash limits or something.

Anyway, I've never had any trouble, or an issue that wasn't resolved quickly.

My account was once locked because I used Opera instead of IE (standard???), but they were able to reopen it after about 15min on the phone.

I've made 100's of w/d & deposits through Neteller with many various poker sites and never had one problem with Neteller.

I've left relatively large sums of money (five figures) in there for extended periods of time. Foolishly so (the money wasn't earning interest), as I ended up taking larger than expected breaks from poker.

With that said, I haven't encountered one problem in the three years I've been using Neteller.

*However, I have not had reason to deal with their site support, so can't offer input there.

*Disclaimer-Knock on wood, cross my fingers that I didn't jinx myself with a Neteller issue in the near future.

I also had my account locked once when accessing it from outside the country. When I called the # given I was happy to see that it was simply a security measure that was in place so that someone outside my area couldnt get into my account. It took under 5 minutes to get access and the situation was over. When it was all in order I actually felt quite good that someone in china would not be able to log into my account and clean it out even if they did somehow hack into it.

There are 2 phone numbers and people with a "VIP" account dont wait very long on the phone and yea speak to someone who speaks english.

Any Way Netteller is the best, I never had one problem with them.
