rakeback at iPoker network

so i got accounts at CD Poker, Titan Poker and Noble Poker.

choice 1: I read rakerebatereviews and it said there's an iPoker network skin called Playgate Poker. anyone heard of them? and know if they will offer what titan offers?

choice 2: i haven't used Noble Poker or CD poker account for ages, about 6 month, u reckon i can close that account down and use that?
i moved houses since so i have different address, plus my computer is new. though i probably used the same NETeller account. but its still been over 6 month, will it work?

I'm in the same boat as I already have a CD, Fair, Noble, Titan and Betfred account. Are there any others out there?

The iPoker network stopped allowing rakeback for new accounts.

I have it at Kiwi but as other poster said, Ipoker stopped allowing rakeback last month.

While they may have publicly quit allowing it, I know it still goes on for Titan and Noble. This is like saying there isn't any Party rakeback.
