Haven't been under 200 since the age of around 20-21. Nothing fancy, just some good workouts (which I need to stick to on a consistent basis), and I have LOTS of room to clean up the diet. |

Starting: 9/12/06, 27 / Male / 174 / 150 [/ QUOTE ] Weekly(ish) update. 9/21/06, 173.5 Lowest in the last week was 172 on last Thursday, but then I ate like crap that day and drank quite a few beers that night. Been around 174-173 most of this week. Treadmill on Monday & Tuesday, played flag football for an hour and a half yesterday, treadmill again today. Was really, really hoping to get back into the 160's before my buddy's wedding which is the 1st weekend of October, seems like that will be possible. My goal of 150 by December 31st will be possible at the rate I've been losing weight the last few months though (14 weeks, ~22 lbs lost), need to lose ~22 more in the next 13 weeks, but probably not easy since they start to come off a lot slower once I get under 170 usually. |

Everyone should weigh in today. I am at 250. I did not work out as much as I wanted, but still had pretty good results.

Guess I missed this when it went up last week, but count me in a week late. 26, 5'8, 190 pounds today. Aim for 170 by end of the year.

I mentally didn't start as I haven't changed much nutritionally.
Start: 9/14/06 40 /f/ 248lbs Today: 9/21/06 246.5lbs (-1.5lbs) (I'm really surprised) Did anyone watch the biggest loser last night. They went with all really really fat fatties this season. I'm still watching it and trying to get motivated. Any other updates? |

I have surgery on my right kidney tomorrow. But I'm planning on not being a fatass anymore starting Monday. Pure lifestyle change. I had my stats above but with the surgery things kind of got misplaced with this if anyone is looking for a PM partner I'd be more then willing to encourage ohr help

Good luck with your surgery tomorrow. Sounds painful though. The PM route is of interest. I know what I should be doing...but I just don't seem to do it. The commitment is mental and that's what is challenging me.

Weeklyish update
9/29/06, 172 172 is also the lowest point in the last week for me. Had a solid September in general. Average weight was 177.5 during the week of 9/4, 9/11 175, 9/18 174.5, 9/25 173.5, so I'm heading the right direction at a reasonable pace. Hit the treadmill Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday this week and have a flag football game tomorrow. Had a big "cheat" day on Wednesday with dinner at the Cheesecake factory, was otherwise pretty good this week. |

Thanks guys, this has actually motivated me to lose some weight. I've been telling myself I should for about a year now but haven't gotten around to it. Posting in this thread should force me to look for change.
