6 max 600NL KK vs Strong Opponent

Hero w/ KK in MP. Raise to 21, Button Calls, Villian calls in BB. Villian is 18/10 and a decent but beatable opponent. I play him on 5/10 and would not be suprised if he is 2p2er. Effective stacks at 900.

Flop Comes Qd5h4h. Villian leads out for 40. I raise to 150, button folds, Villian calls.

Turn comes Ad. Villian checks, Hero....?


I am worried now about tonnes of hands villian could be holding. Is he looking to check raise me here on turn? His Flop lead screams set to me, thats how i play a set there, and i know he's capable of this play too...though I come back over the top with my set I think. Thoughts?
