edit: found the HH
micro was trying to get ITM, folding everything. big stack was abusing the bubble. Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t600 (4 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums) UTG (t660) Button (t12978) Hero (t2540) BB (t3822) Preflop: Hero is SB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. 2 folds I have AQo, everyone folds to me. SNGPT says its a good push if he is calling with less than 22+,A2+,K2+,Q2+,J3o+,J2s+,T6o+,T2s+,96o+,95s+,87o, 85s+,76s. There is no way he is calling that wide. The push is very +EV against a normal range, like 22+,A2s+,A3o+,KTs+,KJo+,QJs. BUT SNGPT doesnt take in account that shorty will be BB next hand, right? So does that make this a -EV push or not at all? |

What about a worse hand, like A8o? [/ QUOTE ] Put yourself in BB's shoes. The SB pushes, with UTG left to be BB next hand. Do you really want to risk a good portion of your chips here with something like AT or 99? |
