Well, depending on flop texture and opponents, this is an overpair to the board at least a signifcant part of the time. If it's something you've noticed in opponent's history, exploit it with your draws.

Edit: And in the case of that specific hand, this is generally a weakish ace but not always. With JJ, you are ahead of some pairs. Just take a call flop and take initative on turn. You're right enough times.
