Default Bubble - push into short stack?

I think this push is okay, am I wrong?

$10+$1 Hold'em No Limit - Level IV (50/100)
Button (3225 in chips)
Hero (4325 in chips)
BB (1680 in chips)
UTG (4270 in chips)
Hero posts small blind 50
Villian posts big blind 100
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to qietdsprashn [6c 8c]
UTG folds
Button folds
Hero raises 4225 to 4325 and is all-in

I think the blinds are too low to push here. I would probably try a 3xBB raise and fold if he pushes.

I agree, blinds are way too low to push. I don't know about a raise though.....you're out of position the whole hand and you have a drawing hand. Plus, you want him to believe you have a hand when you push later.

I would complete and try to outplay him on the flop. If he's prone to raise you b/c you show weakness, then I might change how I play this, but barring reads, just complete.

He was a passive player, so if I am calculating the ICM correct(which is questionable) he should/would only call with top 10% of hands. Pushing would then give me a higher EV than folding. But I suppose maybe you are right about just calling in from sb.

I didn't do the ICM, but I'm not so sure that pushing would give you a higher EV than folding. Pushing seems really bad here.

If he's passive, then all the better. Just call and outplay him on the flop.

Not a good push. If you want to steal the blinds, just raise to t275 or so. You'd be better off picking on the medium stack than the short stack.
