Default Revisiting the V - how are business levels after the freeroll?

When I predicted action at Venetian would decrease, I was lambasted by some on the board.

I went into the Venetian last night. I won't publish the exact number of games yet because I wanted to offer the lambasters a chance to come clean and publish what they perceive the business level is there now that the freeroll is over.

Any takers???

I feel a sense of foreboding. Queue the Jaws opening scene music.

Why don't you just say it?

Regardless of what you do say, keep in mind that your observations from one visit on a Wednesday night can hardly be used to establish a definitive portrait of what the overall action is like in the post-freeroll period.

By the way, over/under on how soon LasVegasMichael jumps into this thread is 6 minutes.

Tourney guy, you lost your credibility and respect a long time ago on this board as far as I am concerned; ergot, this will be the first and last time I even click on it. Only came in because I didn't notice who started it prior to clicking. My bad.

LVMichael,

not sure if you have some kind of hidden agenda or bias or whatever but why the [censored] are you so defensive. you come off really stupid with your bitching and moaning everytime someone says something bad about your beloved V.

that said, I have stopped by there a few times over the past two weeks and the clientele has certainly dropped off, not surprising. I even spoke to a dealer who told me business has been comparable to when they first opened.

I agree with OP who says that post freeroll venetian is somewhat dead.

Have to love to comedy here.

I lose my credibility for:

A) Making a prediction, and

B) Having it become correct.

So much for open and honest dialogue.

Come to think of it LVMichael, it might be better if you didn't respond to me.

You make my points so much easier to understand.

As far as credibility - you are a zilch, period.
