WSEX Disconnects ATTN General Manager

I've just emailed this observation to WSEX technical support:

WSEX,

I have been a regular online player with PartyPoker for the past 2 1/2 years. I started playing on your site when you introduced free rake. I became a regular on your site recently. I was one of the first players to alert your poker room of people circumventing the blinds, an email which went unanswered. As of late, your software is having increasing problems with disconnects. This is becoming increasingly intolerable and I sincerely hope you find a solution to this problem soon. The disconnects are a common topic of conversation on the 2+2 forum (collection of poker players who study the game). The General Manager of WSEX, who frequents the 2+2 forum, has not addressed this issue. If you are unable to correct the frequent disconnect problem, I don't foresee WSEX ever competing in the online Poker market. Your disconnects have cost me (and no doubt other players) money. I remain a player of WSEX as the rake-free games currently offset the inconvenience and frustration of your disconnects. My first alert to WSEX regarding players circumventing blinds was ignored. The problem was not acknowledged for several months. I sincerely hope you address this issue shortly. I believe you will lose players on a daily basis until this issue is resolved, it is unacceptable. To my knowledge, no other online poker rooms suffer from this.

I think your emails would be more likely to get answered if they started "I wagered $x in your sportsbook last week" or "I donked off half my bankroll playing blackjack this morning".
