Salary Cap Fantasy Basketball

Looking to start a Contract Fantasy Basketball League and we have 7 owners for sure. So we are looking for 5 owners interested in participating in a FREE contract league for the basketball season.

The lineups and scoring will be run in Yahoo! however the draft will be offline as we are having an auction and the FA pickups will be locked since FA will be auctioned off during the season.

It will be head to head, 12 teams, 1 PG, 1 SG, 1 G, 1 SF, 1 PF, 1 F, 1 C, 3 UTL
Categories are: FG%, FT%, 3PTM, PTS, AST, REBS, AST, STL, TO
Daily Lineup changes

The parameters of the contract league...

$ 10,000 Team Cap
27 contract years per team
Max 4 years/player, annual 10% raise
Minimum 12 man roster, Max 15 man roster (so teams could go quality over quanitity)
FA will be auctioned
Cut players by "buying out" their contract depening on contract length.
There will be Restriced Free Agency, Unrestricted Free Agency, and a Rookie Draft in the off-season.

Looking to start the message board auction (24hr sale times) by Mid-September so hopefully we can have teams filled by Oct 31 when the NBA season starts.
