Default Mansion customer service

Although I've now withdrawn all my money from Mansion, I'm still amazed by the amount of horribleness that went on there (hand dealt twice, non stop server crashes, video poker broken, etc. etc.). Anyway, a while back I qualified for a promotion they were running (the BB freeroll), but wasn't able to register for the tournament. I fired them off an email regarding it on the 7th of September, and I just now (on the 21st) received a reply (which was wrong). I'll never complain about Party cs again

Regards, Punter

Same thing happened to me. I didn't bother trying to deal with CS since it's not a big deal, I just cashed out, and don't plan on going back.
