I have tried 5 man sit-n-go's as you suggested. However, i am not having as much success as you. I am losing money so far. Can you please tell me a good strategy to follow so i can make these 5 man games big moneymakers? Thanks. - Tarheel

Can you tell me what is happening. What place are you normally finishing in, are you getting blinded out, what are the blinds normally at, what level are u playing at $20, 30, ect. Give me as much info as possible and I will try to figure out how u should adjust.

Majesty-
Well out of 12 games so far, i have only 1 second place and the rest are all losing. This is for $20 games mostly and 2 $50 games. I know i am playing good because I am using a good check and call strategy to save my chips. I am also tricking people with my hands like AA and KK and then springing a trap for them on the river. But even then they are not fooled and are getting my chips with 2 pairs and straights. I want to win the money back before the end of September so my girlfriend's credit card won't be charged. I need help fast!! I need a good strategy. What can i do? -Tarheel

I wouldn't use your girlfriends credit card if you cant pay the bill. There is always variance in gambling. 5 person SNGs are soft, supossing you are not a soft player yourself. I would do more raising and not simply calling. Use a tight aggressive style. Don't throw away money on bad hands, but be aggressive when you get a good hand. Also dont let people draw out on you for cheap when you hold power starting hands like KK AA. I dont even know what to say. I hope this post is a joke or something.
