Default 2 sets - 2 stacks ... both my own!

Could you guys please comment on these two hands I just played. The first I think is just straight forward and a case of "up my bum!". But the second could definetely have been played differently, should I have?

The first hand went as follows and my opponent was a TAG.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP2 ($270.90)
Hero ($412.60)
CO ($339.80)
Button ($945.50)
SB ($81.50)
BB ($143.83)
UTG ($370.90)
UTG+1 ($396)
MP1 ($40.38)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $2.
UTG calls $4, UTG+1 calls $4, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, Hero calls $4, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, SB (poster) completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($20) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(5 players)</font>
SB checks, BB checks, UTG checks, UTG+1 checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $20</font>, SB folds, BB folds, UTG folds, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+1 raises to $60</font>, Hero calls $388.60 (All-In), UTG+1 calls $332 (All-In).

Turn: ($820.60) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players, 2 all-in)</font>

River: ($820.60) J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players, 2 all-in)</font>

Final Pot: $820.60

Results in white below: <font color="#000000">
UTG+1 has Qc Qs (three of a kind, queens).
Hero has 4c 4h (three of a kind, fours).
Outcome: UTG+1 wins $804. Hero wins $16.60. </font>

The second (which actually occured first) was against a player who I had no reason not to think of as a TAG but I had little data on - I was also new to the table.
