really? i've been experimenting with leading in this situation and i find it's usually a lot easier to play. what's you general plan in these situations where you check and the pfr c-bets?

i c/c, most of the time, and then do all sorts of things on the turn - mainly b/c i want to pick off his c-bet if i'm ahead and can still pick up enough information to read his hand. and, it doesn't bloat the pot if he wants to try to move me off the best hand (and costs less when you're behind the whole way)

i'd find it pretty surprising that anyone would raise with a set with the prf to act after. i think he's got 44-55, 77-99 a lot (also hands like 65s). i'd be willing to continue with the hand.

Since you didnt reraise preflop i think the fold is right. You probably had the best hand preflop but let lower pockets and SC in the hand too cheap, imo.

Never played 5/10 but how often does AK bluff raise here? I usually lead the flop and not worry too much about being moved off the best hand but I assume you'll get tested here quite a bit more

i like your line JK, i play it the same way and fold the flop w/o a strong read. i've been leading out a lot with overpairs oop when i just call a raise and i'm multiway with players to act after the prf. it really does make the hand easier to play imo

I dunno, depends on the opponent and table image. I would've reraised preflop against unknowns so it doesn't come up much.
usually check/call lead turn, check/call fold/turn but rarely checkraise

and since UTG wasn't the PFR that changes things quite a bit
