No matter how good the BonusWhores bonus for Poker Loco, a PokerRoom skin, is, you should never play there. They have no phone support, over a week lag time in email support, and apparently their website has a glitch a minute.

I desparately needed a response from them in the last week, and they still have yet to respond. This is disgusting, given how scary it can be to have all your money in some offshore account, and things aren't working. This is just plain greedy. If you are going to pay such a high rake, where is it going? There had better be people to help you. I have a feeling I'm not the only guy screwed over. Never, never, never, play at this site.

hate to say it since I like non-futurebet ongame skins but that sounds like a fairly typical ongame network support experience. I've had marginally more success with their online chat support but email has been useless for me. Hope you get your situation resolved and let us know how it goes.
