Come ON! we complain when the events are too shallow, complain when they are too long...If you're not prepared to commit your day to the tournament, don't play. Most big live tournaments take 18-100 hours to complete, and you don't get to watch tv in your underwear while you play. Most days I'm playing 6+ hours of MTTs anyway.

are u playing the events gobias?

[/ QUOTE ]

Yes. I lasted 6 hours in today's event and got nothing for it. Am I somewhat bitter? Possibly.

1)I don't have your bankroll and can't buy in to every event

2)I don't have your bankroll and am not used to 18 hour tournies

Now please stop giving me sh*t, b/c I thoroughly enjoy your blog and don't want to have to stop reading it for spite purposes.

Woah man, Shane was being reasonable...

What's your ideal WCOOP?

Lee can't satisfy everyone, but don't hate on Shane.

it is fine learn to play

Im sure you're gung-ho for getting second in the 2nd chance.

And I know how to play, I lost 80% of my stack late with an A2456 to his 653(A2). Was 3-betting 6th w/ my hand a donk move? I'm not sure. He needed to have exactly a-2 buried w/ both an ace and 2 dead and me holding one of each as well.

I'm not hating on Shane. I didn't want him hating on me. I was being serious, his blog is actually in my top 3.

He wasn't hating on you. His "COME ON" was a general statement, because people always have a complaint.

It sounds like the Razz event really devestated you.

Razz therapy?

It's ok, Gobias, we all went through a lot of emotional stuff on razz day.

Bankroll aside, you should be prepared for marathon poker when you play high-buyin events, and big buyin events should provide marathaon-like structures.

The structure was fine, much better than in the WSOP limit event I've played. I would have added 2 or 3 more levels. (4k/8k & 15k/30k)
