In limit I think it will never be correct to fold them. You will always pay less to go to showdown from the moment where you could consider folding than the bonus I think. In NL it is sometimes correct to fold, but the extra funds gives you extra odds to draw to FH etc., so I think it is rarely correct there either.

It would be unusual, but I can see situations where it could be correct.
5/10 pays $50. On flop of KKQ or turn of KKQQ \3 guys have bet, raised and re-raised and you strongly suspect it will be capped if you were to call the 3 bets. Seems a fold would be in order here. Although the guaranteed $50 combined should be considered when thinking about trying to hit your 2-outer. But to call 4 bets for a 2-outer even with the $50 reward doesn't seem worth it still. I can see tbis even more so with a 4-straight or 4-flush that completely misses you in which 2 or 3 players are raising like crazy. At 5/10 the reward is only 5 BB's afterall.
