question on VPIP/PRF for PLO8

Hi all i am new to Omaha and just had a few questions.

What VPIP and PFR is good for low stakes PLO8?

Also what PTBB/100 do the better plays run at in .25/.5 PLO8?

PFR: 4-8
BB/100: 12-20

i currently run 22/7 at 16BB/100 over 50K hands. hope that helps
