Re: Can I S\'N\'Go this? 66, shortstacked, FT hand.
I think this is either push or fold. I don't like the sng with more than 1 opponent, there are greater chances that someone hit a flop and call your vulnerable hand. If you say that UTG is going to go all-in behind you I think this is a push.

fnurt, medium pairs are usually the optimal hand for a stop and go. I'm just not certain the play is that good to begin with. Just throwing out an idea.
I should work on flopping sets in critical times. |

Shove, you do fine against the raiser's range and there will be some nice dead money in the pot. Stop N Go too likely to get burned multiway.

wow thats def a very tough dec. Honestly all 3 options are fine SnG folding PF shoving PF. What should be the deciding factor is how the FT is playing, if you can steal a lot than just fold PF, if its playing very agg with a lot of resteals and people folding to them, than shove PF and pray for a set and with your big stack domiante the table, If its playing very loose and call happy PF than SnG.

Re: Can I S\'N\'Go this? 66, shortstacked, FT hand.
There's probably going to be scant difference in FE in shoving preflop or doing a SNG.
However, with a SNG, you might increase the likelihood of folding out ONE opponent, but not both. The opponent who you don't fold out has you beat already preflop or flopped something that beats you. |

Re: Can I S\'N\'Go this? 66, shortstacked, FT hand.
Well, as much as I enjoyed playing with the idea of a 3-way stop n go, I did push, UTG reshoved like I expected, big stack instafolded. UTG had JJ, flop came with every scare card in the world for Jacks and I busted.
shaun, even if I doubled up here, I still would have only had a mediocare stack. The table was pretty even except my shortstack. Since almost every pot was opened from early position and I had close to non-existent FE, stealing was not really an option. I needed a hand with showdown value. 66 was the closest I got. |

Re: Can I S\'N\'Go this? 66, shortstacked, FT hand.
Like shaun said, this is really close. If the FT's soft, fold. If it's tough but these two players happen to be donkish (i.e., you're unlikely to get isolated), I think Stop + Go. If the table's tough and you're likely to get isolated, push.
