Hey,
I created a model on bubble play in SnGs which i would like the forum's all-knowing feedback on. The Premise is that once i hit 10 BBs i push with a top 40% hand or fold. I would like you guys so see if this is a 1) realistic model 2) my calcs are correct 3) your general thoughts. Premise: Blinds are 50/100 4 Players Prize Distribution 50, 30 20 Bubble - I push with top 40% of hands Big Stack 7,500 Me 1,000 Medium 3,500 Short 1,500 Hands the people will call with Big Stack Calls 33% 1 Medium 10% 1 Short 20% Me UTG Short CO Medium SB 50 Big BB 100 Call % * Showdown Winning % Pot Size Equity Short Calls 8.83% 2250 198.657 Medium Calls 3.75% 2100 78.8466 Big Calls 15.85% 2050 324.92295 No Call 37% 1150 425.5 Total Equity 1027.92655 Total equity > starting stack so there its a positive expectation play. Thanks for you time. |

damn it...i can't put spaces in between the titles for the table..
The table should be split into 3 columns...first the % of calls * my winning percentage against his range... 2nd the pot size 3rd the equity (pot size * first column) sorry... :P |

My general thoughts? Just buy SNGPT, save yourself a lot of time, and pwn. Bubble play depends on SO much more than whether or not you have a top 40% hand with less than 10xBB.
