I just bought a 650 custom colored set of these, and despite not yet playing with them, feel that they are definitely a huge upgrade over the "dice" chips I had previously.

I also feel that they are nicer than the 13g Casino Pro Clays that my friend has.

Obviously they are not the same quality as a real clay chip that costs $1/chip, but for less than $0.20/chip (including case) these are very nice for a home game.
