Is CRYP a good short in regards to the online gaming legislation?

Hey guys, I don't have access to overseas stocks and was thinking of getting short some cryptologic CRYP in case Frist gets an effective measurement passed against online gaming. Are they linked high enough to US players to make this an effective bet? I read an article stating how they held up pretty well during the news of the offshore CEO's getting arrested. If the measurement doesn't pass, I'm sure gaming stocks will get a nice jump, so I figure a pretty tight stop would be necessary (although there's still a real good chance of a gap open burning me depending on when the news hits).
