Well he called a raise on the flop then again this is .01/.02. His re-raise on the flop after you showing inital strength could be a variety of things. He could be semi-bluffing a flush draw. On the turn though I give him credit for the 10. Id fold.

If the turn was not a spade and not another straight card what do I do on the turn?

Should I lead out trying to make any draws pay? Or do I check trying to keep the pot small with my TPTK that after his flop raise does not seem that good anymore?

What about if the turn was a brick and and I checked and villain still bet? Am I calling hoping to showdown cheap? Or do I just give it up?

I think you can fold to the raise on the flop, AQ is not a good hand here.
