Default NL100 5max: Valuebet this turn or pot control?

Villain's (BB) calling standards seems somewhat loose, but
nothing really crazy. He also limps a lot of pots and doesn't seem to understand bet size / pot size ratio. (always bets same amount)

CO (Hero) is at seat 1 with 97.00
BTN is at seat 2 with 136.44
SB is at seat 3 with 36.85
BB is at seat 4 with 93.32
UTG is at seat 5 with 16.69

Hero : A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Pre-flop:

UTG: Call 1.00
HERO: Raise 5.00
BTN: Fold
SB: Call 5.00
BB: Call 5.00
UTG: Call 5.00

(Pot size ~23)

Flop (Board: 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]):

SB: Check
BB: Bet 5.00
UTG: Fold
Hero: Raise 25.00
SB: Fold
BB: Call 25.00

(pot size ~78)

Turn (Board: 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]):

BB: Check
Hero: Bets 2/3 pot or check behind for pot control? I have little under PSB left.

Check behind because there are two broadway community cards. Fold to a river push, call anything resembling a blocker.

I think this is sick bad advice tbh.

Bet the turn about 2/3rd pot and call a push.

as for calling the river, do it to whatever size bet, I would raise a small bet.

Are you saying this because the pot is already so big comparing to our stack sizes? What if we both were for example 200BB deep?

usually push the turn. i can see checking the turn, but if you do, it should be with the intention of getting the rest in on the river.

What range do you give villain that makes this bad advice? KQ seems to be his most likely hand with sets also possible. What do we beat? AK, QQ, JJ, TT, KJ, other? A bet folds everything we beat o/t AK which is extremely unlikely given that we hold 2 A's.
