I have a program called 'spyprotector'
supposedly it:

blocks keyboard monitoring
warns when registry is changed
prevents recording of user activities
blocks mouse monitering
blocks keyboard inputs (different than the above)
blocks recording of starting and closing programs

That and zone alarm pro i feel safe. Also a linksys router/firewall. Havnt been hacked yet.
