Re: NL 200 flop a set, need help on play
I don't see a problem with it, but maybe im spewing chips.
The only thing you are losing to is a limped AA, 45s or 99. You are ahead of everyone's range most of the time IMO. did they flip over 54s? |

I raise pre-flop. [/ QUOTE ] 10-handed? I think the hand looks pretty standard. |

Re: NL 200 flop a set, need help on play
I think it's a must call, you only really have to worry about 45, which the BB probably has, but you have what seems to be the 2nd nuts at this point(considering no one is limping with AA or 99 here) and there's quite a bit of money in the pot. I doubt the BB is bluffing here, because his allin came after a re-raise, but with 45 being the only hand that can doom you at this point, I call and hope he has A9.

Re: NL 200 flop a set, need help on play
I can't figure out how 33 could be good given this action. I really can't. Someone come up with two hands that CO and button could have that one of them don't beat this because I can't think of any possibilities other than 22 and A9 combined. I just don't see how calling is standard when it's so likely someone has 45.

Re: NL 200 flop a set, need help on play
He bet the flop and got four callers. It's not that unreasonable to assume one of them was peeling with something like 99.
