Stars double fpps during the WCOOP - anyone know if this is happening?

I seem to remember seing it mentioned on here that this would happen, but there seems to be no anouncement from Stars. I would like to know if this is likely to happen because I'll put some extra time aside to play if it does, are such extra points periods usually announced long in advance or only on the day they start?
