Played the no limit stud/hold em event today. 47 entries. Not bad for a change but NL stud kinda sucks.

I think a PL omaha/holdem event would be much cooler.

5/10 NL has been running most of the day but I haven't sat down to play it yet.

That's great. I thought they were only paying entries to the $5k buy-in event. Were there too few entries to pay a seat? The ones on the weekend had enough to pay a seat, so the cash payout was minimal. I played in one just for grins and got to the final table, but severely short-stacked, and went out soon after. I cashed in the first $330 buy-in event, but just barely.

Hmmm, the 5-10 (ultimately 5-10-20) on Sunday evening featured two pretty aggressive stacks. Blind bets between 60 and 400 were not unknown. At least one 100k pot was played. There was 330k active on the table at one time. Its the biggest 5-10 that I've seen. Sit in the 2-3 or play silly over vig'd sats if you want.

do you mean a 10k pot and 33k on the table?
surely there wasnt over a quarter of a million in play at a 5/10 table
