stars dealer chat problem

I cant shut it off. The dealer says everything. When I click on the chips it says
Dealer messages ... silent .... normal .... everything

Everything is checked and silent and normal are in grey and I cant click them.

I dont even play on stars and the only reason I turn it on is to rail if one of my friends makes it deep in a tourney or something. It is annoying I cant even see their chat due to the constant dealer messages.

I emailed stars about this and they were of no help, if someone can help me I would appreciate it.
