Checkcall seems thin but probably best. Hoping for 99 or KQs, basically. KQs would fold to a river bet... 99 should, but may call some % of the time. You also avoid a bluffraise. I'm okay with it.

I like the idea on the turn, but you have to bet the river after he checks.

What is there to be scared of? If I bet the turn and this guy bluffraises me and I fold, I lose $70. There's nothing in this world that I can buy for $70 that will make me a better human being. If I bet/call the turn and call the river, I lose $10 extra dollars from just check/calling down those times the villain has a better hand, but who cares about 10 lousy bucks. Theres nothing in this world I can buy for $10 that will make me a better human being either. Ive never played scared in my life becuz money means nothing to me. All I care about is making the correct play, it may not make me a better human being, but thats why I play this game.
