Basically whatever he played this way was played wackily, I think the wacky stuff that got there (AQ/AJ of diamonds... tens) doesn't nearly amount to enough hands to make raising bad.

typical scarecard donkeybet mentality. I am still tempted to just call here and get a look at what kind of hand he does this with.
If you raise he might fold some of his worst hands and obviously raise the one that beats you forcing you to call a threebet.
In a vacuum I am convinced that raising this river is definitely +EV though...

Looks like he did all of the hard work for you here. He's looney, but could certainly still have a hand - the fact that he called a KK board against your turn raise makes a draw very possible, it's just hard to know against guys like this. I also call.
