Default want My Recent Programs folder

I run XP-Pro and on my Start Menu I have a Recent Documents folder. I would like to have a Recent Programs folder as well. Is there any way to do this?

XP automatically places frequently used programs on the start menu,

It only does that for programs you initiate from the start menu's program list though I think, in making the most recent programs started via the programs list the new such list with an arrow to get the rest of the list. So if you start one via a desktop shortcut, it wouldn't be listed. I use classic startup menu so I'm not positive though.

Just drag and drop the ones you use onto the start menu.

Or you can right click any program shortcut in the "all programs" part of the start menu or on the desktop, and click "Pin to Start menu". The quick launch area on the left side of the task bar is another place you can put frequently used programs.
