Depending on feel/players I'll mostly check and basically plan on folding, or go ahead and cbet and that will be it. HU is different.

If they didn't hit their J or Q they are at least on a straight or flush draw, with a 3 pay pot you would have to bet a lot to make them fold.
I say check and maybe hope for a free 8. |
