I believe defending your blind takes on a relativeness of importance depending on the game your playing, with short handed limit ranking highest, with limit, nl tourney, then nl ring. That being said, if I'm against a perpetual blind stealer, I'll play back with any hand K high or better.

I didn't read any replies. In limit you defend your blind because if you are losing .5BB in your BB every 6, 9 or 10 hands you are literally throwing your money in the trash can by sitting down.
