Default Software to host and play tournaments?

Hi,

Is there any free software around that can be used to play tournaments between a group of people (friends)? Heads-up NL Hold'em would be the game first.

It would be good to be able to set the blind structure freely - how often they raise and how much. I think Poker academy would do some of these, but it's costly.

Alternatively, a poker site would do, if there is a way to
1) play for free, for play money.
2) there is no waiting line, but a table can be setup by us anytime.
3) also setting the blind structure would be a plus.

Thank you for any suggestions.
