Default 200NL JJ, possibly butchered

This hand made me vomit at how ugly it was. I tried to block on the river 'cause he made the small turn bet. Comments on all streets appreciated.

What would he min raise you with that you beat?
If he has a 9 you are meat at the turn.
If he had a straight draw you are meat at the river and shouldnt bother betting.
IMO, 3-bet flop or fold flop.

25 is not a block here, its a donk bet..

a block would be at least 60 so that you dont have to worry about him coming over the top with air..

He makes such a small turn bet - if he's a good player - he wouldn't bet this little if you had many possible outs, really hard to know what to do. He knows you have overpair or possibly straight draw-(straight) or possibly a 9 if he has a full house. Maybe block bet doesn't help here because your hand is rather defined. I put him on a full house.

$25 definitely screams to be raised on the river. As played, it appears the only possible hand you can beat is TT. pmuir has it right on. If you want to block, don't give him a reason to go upstairs on you.
