Default Portland area Card room

Does anyone know of any? I've seen the articles about one geting shut down recently, but nothing about any still open.

There's the LA center in Washington across the river, but they only spread limit games as far as i can tell. I'm looking for some 2-4 NL or something in that range. Anyone know of any?

La Center can lick my balls.

You'll have to go to the coast (Spirit Mountain) or possibly east of the Cascades to find NL.

What don't you like about it? I'll bet there aren't much better 10-20 games anywhere. Lots of LAG's and variance but a good game nonetheless.

Spirit mountain is on the way to the coast in Grand Ronde and they have 2-4 NL, 400 cap. It's about an hour drive down 99W.

Good luck,
Ethan

Don't you mean one 10-20 game with a multi-hour wait list? And the rest of the tables 4-8? And buried in dense cigarette smoke?

I like Spirit Mountain (30 minutes west of McMinnville) I only make it down there maybe once a month, but they almost always have a 2-4 NL game going on when I stop in. The room is non-smoking and I hear they may start serving alchohol at some point in the near future... I sure hope someone can confirm...

There is no smoking in La Center casinos since a few months ago. The wait lists are a bit stupid but at least for the 10-20 game you can call in your name. Last time I was there they had two 10-20 tables, three 4-8 tables and two 3-6 tables.

Also agreed on the horrible wait. I have seen 3 full 10-20's running on weekends.
