OMG SET.
Villain is 31/8/1.4 over 478 hands. He's pretty bad. I checked flop because I figured button would CB almost always and I'd get SB to call and become wedged in the middle before I raise. Thoughts?
----- Button ($91.60) SB ($213.10) Hero ($200) UTG ($176.05) UTG+1 ($84.90) MP1 ($175.20) MP2 ($201.55) MP3 ($110.70) CO ($735.40) Preflop: Hero is BB with 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. <font color="#666666">6 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $6</font>, SB calls $5, Hero calls $4. Flop: ($18) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font> SB checks, Hero checks, Button checks. Turn: ($18) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font> <font color="#CC3333">SB bets $14</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $50</font>, Button folds, SB calls $36. River: ($118) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font> SB ?? - Hero ?? ----- SB has $146 behind. What's your plan for the following scenarios: -SB leads for $40 -SB leads for $120 -SB leads for $60 -SB checks Thanks. |

Re: OMG SET.
I like to lead the flop here.
Turn looks good As for river: -SB leads for $40 - push -SB leads for $120 - fold -SB leads for $60 - call -SB checks - bet $100. |

I like to lead the flop here. [/ QUOTE ] I usually do, but with SB being so lose and the percentage of Button CBing being so high, I figured I'd let him check-call the CB, and then I raise. Do you not like this? |

Do you not like this? [/ QUOTE ] Checking is absolutely fine with that reasoning, but I still think leading is the best option, its very close though. If you remove any of the 2 reasons (much CBs, loose SB) why you checked I def. think leading is best on this board. |

Re: OMG SET.
Well, if he checks call! But, you have to bet that flop IMO. 4/5 pot at least.

Re: OMG SET.
I think you should lead flop, call any reasonable bet on the river, and if he checks, then value bet it, maybe like $60.

Re: OMG SET.
if sb bets i push, if he checks i'd bet around 1/3-1/4 pot and call a raise.
