Also, that they're transferrable - that I can give them to other people if I so choose.

My first wish would be a little complicated...:
1.) I would wish that I could, with a conscious thought, rewind my life to any point which I have lived, retaining all acquired knowledge, and wisdom with everything non-material that I have wished for still affecting me at whatever point I go back to. 2.) I would wish that if I ever did anything that would result in death, that the death would be completely painless and my life would be rewound to 10 minutes prior to the time of my death. 3.) I would wish to be able to teleport anywhere in the world I have ever been, have a picture of, or have coordinates for, taking with me anyone who is in physical contact with me and anything that I am carrying at the time, clothing, backpack, etc.
