All last night and today he just sits at the empty 25/50 tables with me and sitting out while he continues to talk [censored] in the chatbox...it's like embarassingly ridiculous how afraid of me he is. Empire please don't sit at my tables if you don't want to play.

Why don't you just ignore him. He clearly has no intention of playing you. You're letting him win by encouraging him.
