Has anyone dealt with FreePokerGiftStore.com recently?

It has now been over 10 days since completing numberous sportsbook signup bonuses through this affiliate and I still have not been credited.
Attempts at contacting them through email have failed and their admin is no where to be found in their forum.

Does anyone know if this site has been deserted? Anyone completed promotions there recently and have been credited?
