Default to be or not be an affiliate

Hi all, thanks for your answers in advance.
I want to become an affiliate but not sure about the legality of this. I live in the U.S. state of Minnesota
and was wondering if it's worth the risk...?
Also wondering about taxes for this and my online
poker playing. Would it be possible to setup an inc. out of a state were it is legal to advertise and gamble online?

Thats sort of true. Most lawyers in my area were toally clueless in regards to the online gambling affiliate world.

if you need a lawyer for tax issues, you find a tax lawyer you dont call an ambulance chaser, i think the same applies here.
