shocking pain in arm

while i was working out today and i was doing single arm reverse arm curls i started to feel this kind of shocking pain start in my wrist and shoot up. It felt wierd but not enough to stop the workout. Can anyone explain to me what this is?

k well for someone who actually knows something i ask the same question, what is this wierd sensation and pain im feeling in my arm and is it ok to work through it?

the thing is it could be tons of things including a blood clot. was it a quick shocking pain or drawn out? have you ever had this before? it could easily also be a muscle spasm. I would get it checked out if you have it again.
