I tried to go allin and somehow got disconnected. Im on pokerstars at the same time and have no issues whatsoever with connection, so its not me. I contact live support who says that he has to alert the poker department. I asked to speak with them, I cannot. I cant email them, call them, nothing. It all has to go through the live chat guy. So I ask if I can have the hand history, Nope... the agent says there is no way for us to get hand historys through the software. Through my own investigation in the software I found them but I warn you it only work sometimes. Now ive been waiting for a live chat operator to connect for over 1/2 hr.

The support is a disaster, software is a disaster and slow. I asked "Shock and Awe " what he had after the hand, he said 2 pair. I would have stacked him for sure. What should I do next?

Mansion's customer service is close to worthless. Friendly, but worthless.

You may be the worst player on earth. If the site didnt have problems I would have taken all his money. If I had played this hand any different, sure I would have won before the river but could never get maximum from the hand. Not only that, Shock and Awe was the donk at the table, why should I bet all my chips and scare him off when Im 85% sure he is going to put them in himself.
Where do you play? You suck.

This thread started out decent, and is quickly becoming POTW.

47outs > Move back to a real poker room like stars or party.

I don't know why anyone would wanna play poker at Mansion, they screwed up a few times in the past including the time when they dealt the same fixed hand at two different tables and then pretended like nothing happened. Move to a poker room where they don't do anything to steal your money.
